Payment Processing

All transactions will appear on your credit card statement under the name “CemtexABA”. We process all payments in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Currency Conversion

Currency conversions are handled by your card issuer. Please check with your financial institution regarding any applicable international transaction fees.

Payment Security

• All credit card transactions are secured with SSL 256-bit encryption
• Credit card details are not stored on our servers
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• All transactions are processed in Australia

Refund Policy

CemtexABA does not offer refunds for Software as a Service (SaaS) products. You may cancel your account at any time:

• Monthly plan subscribers will forfeit any remaining balance
• Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period

Privacy and Data Security

Data Protection

Your private information is protected in our secure database, accessible only by:

• You (the account holder)
• CemtexABA technical staff

File Security

• Files uploaded for conversion are processed in memory and not permanently stored
• We maintain a cryptographic hash of each converted file to prevent duplicate charges
• This hash cannot be used to reconstruct your original file
• All file processing occurs in secure, isolated environments
• We retain only the minimum required data to provide our service

Credit Card Security

We maintain strict security standards:

• SSL 256-bit encryption for all transactions
• No storage of credit card details on CemtexABA servers
• Secure card storage through our payment processor, Stripe

Export Information

There are no export restrictions for CemtexABA services.
