Migrating from the old site

We’ve automatically migrated your accounts over to our new platform, however as we’re now using a new user authentication service (Google Auth) we are unable to copy over your passwords. This means if you attempt to login with your existing password, it won’t work.

How to reset your password

To reset your password:

• Navigate to the account login page
• Click the forgot password link - an email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password

After resetting your password, you can login as normal

Link with Google Account

If you have a Gmail or Google workspaces account, you can “connect” your Cemtex ABA account to enable single-sign-on. Visit your account details page after logging in and click on Profile for instructions.

Your conversion history

The new Cemtex ABA website incorporates additional measures to improve your account security. This means that you will no longer be able to re-download past ABA files.

To ensure that you’re not charged twice for the same conversion, the system saves a one way cryptographic “hash” of every conversion you’ve done in the past. This hash is used to compare every new conversion, and if it detects a match - then you will not be charged.

It is impossible to reverse this hash to retrieve your account or conversion data.

This new method is more secure and continues to provide you the assurance that you won’t be double charged, whilst ensuring we do not store any of your transaction data on our servers.
